Letty Sojo

Founder & CEO

Serving others is a deep passion that I embrace on a daily basis. As an Accounting Professional, I ensure to work with every client with a sincere desire for the success of their business. Originally from Maryland, I am a proud Terrapin from the University of Maryland! Believe it or not, my degrees include Criminal Justice with a focus in Juvenile delinquency, Management Foundations, Accounting, and Business Administration. I enjoy being a nerd, learning every day, and endless books of knowledge. Business Operations & Development is my passion!

Edgar Sojo

Founder & President

Originally from Venezuela, I have enjoyed studying Accounting before moving to the States. My focus is on helping clients realize what they can achieve within their business and personally. I am passionate about negotiations and negotiation techniques. It's about ensuring our client's finances are respected and work for them. As a licensed Realtor in North Carolina, I ensure to work diligently with clients regarding their 1st home or investments through The Sojo Realty Group.

Kristina Bustamante

Operations Manager

As a recent graduate from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, I have spent the past year working with The Sojo Group, gaining valuable experience in the accounting field. I am passionate about partnering with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their business goals. I am eager to continue growing in this field and making a meaningful impact on the success of the businesses I work with.

Lindsey Nguyen

Accounting Specialist

Currently, in my final year of the Master of Accounting program at NC State, I am preparing to sit for the CPA exam. My experience as an accounting specialist enables me to provide valuable assistance to clients and effectively assist clients in achieving their financial goals. I am bilingual in Vietnamese and enjoy boat rides in my hometown Morehead City, NC.

As an experienced bookkeeper with a diverse professional history, my professional roles include EMT, retail, and hospitality. Born and raised in Mebane, NC, and now residing in Durham, I focus on keeping your finances organized and maximizing your business benefits. Let's work together to elevate your success! I enjoy spending time in vendor markets and seeing the creativity of entrepreneurs and their businesses.

Dominic Sojo

Operations Assistant

Currently a Senior at North Raleigh Christian Academy, I enjoy the Fine Arts program and am heavily involved in broadcasting and theater. At TSG, I focus on providing excellent customer service to our clients and internal team. I've enjoyed my Summer Internship so much that I am now an official team member. What caught my eye during my internship was payroll processing and payroll taxes. I am now moving into payroll and operations.

Nicole Carpio

Marketing Assistant

Nicole Carpio was born in Caracas, Venezuela, where she lived with her family for 7 years before moving to Panama. There, she continued her studies, finding a passion for drawing, design and animating as the years went by. After graduating in Panamerican School with a Bachelor of Science with Emphasis in Computing, she began her animation career in Canada at Emily Carr University, completing half of her career, before moving to USA where she’s waiting to finish her studies.
